These terms apply to every visit to and purchase from mynat.in (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Mysuru Naturals Private Limited ("Mysuru Naturals", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

2. Products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Please read the full ingredient list before buying and do a patch test on a small area of skin before first use. Stop use if irritation occurs.

We make every effort to show products, colours and packaging accurately. Small variations in colour, texture and natural fragrance between batches are normal for products made with natural ingredients.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes (MRP). Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept online payments through our payment partner and cash on delivery where available. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email or message. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price or product was shown in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

6. Discount codes and offers

Discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review or other content on the Site, it must be honest, about your own experience and not unlawful or offensive. We may display, edit for length or remove reviews. We do not alter the meaning of a review or show reviews selectively to mislead.

8. Intellectual property

The Mysuru Naturals name, logo, product names, photographs, text and design of the Site belong to Mysuru Naturals Private Limited. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
