Orders and delivery

Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India.

Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.

How long will my order take?
We pack orders within 1 to 2 working days. Most orders reach you in 3 to 7 working days, depending on your pin code. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email once it ships.

Returns

Can I return a product?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and the parcel. We'll send a replacement or refund you. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened products otherwise. Full details are in our refund policy.

Our products

What goes into your products?
Only natural ingredients: plant oils, butters, herbs and essential oils. No parabens, sulphates, silicones, mineral oil or artificial colour. The full ingredient list is on every product page and on the label.

How long do they last?
12 months from the date of manufacture. Keep the lid closed and store away from direct sun. On hot days you can keep the creams in the fridge.

Is it okay for sensitive skin?
Our products are gentle, but natural ingredients can still disagree with some people. Do a small patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before first use.

Using them

How do I use the Damage Repair Prewash Cream?
Apply on dry hair from roots to tips, a little extra on the ends. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes, then wash with a mild shampoo.

Can I leave the hair oils on overnight?
Yes, both Muladhara and Pranavahi can stay on overnight. Put an old towel on the pillow and wash in the morning.

Do I wash off the Hair & Beard Prewash Cream?
From your hair, yes. Use it as a prewash: work it into dry hair, leave it 20 to 30 minutes, then shampoo. On the beard, no. A pea-sized amount stays on as a daily leave-in.
